Reasonable Price and Very Professional crew!

We purchased a condo in Kihei 8 years ago and Tradewinds did our install. Over the past 8 years they have always been there to service the unit and troubleshoot if there was an issue. Our condenser died last month and we decided to put in a tri-zone system. Again, Tradewinds was our go-to company. Since we rent and it is the beginning of summer, it was really disappointing to be without the air conditioning. Mark was able to work us into his schedule in a surprisingly short time. They came in and were totally professional. They covered all of our surfaces, installed the air conditioning units and then did the finish work. The team was friendly, caring and professional. After using many contractors on Maui, I cannot recommend Tradewinds more highly. Their level of professionalism and service is heads and shoulders above the others.

We had someone else come out to look at our ac and he was using YouTube to figure it out. We called another company and they said no appointments for two months. We luckily found Tradewinds and Mark came out immediately to talk to us and check our AC. Unfortunately for us it was unrepairable but fortunately we found Tradewinds who immediately ordered and installed a brand new central AC. Mark and his team are so professional. We highly recommend Tradewinds, do not hesitate to contact them.

We moved to Maui in the middle of the summer and if I was going to be working from home I needed to install AC. After calling 4-5 AC installation companies, Mark at Tradewinds was the only one that got back to me in a timely manner and came out within a couple days to give me a quote. While other AC companies didn't have open appointments for a couple months, Mark had my Fujitsu split AC unit installed in a couple weeks once we had the electrical line put in. They were on time, professional, did clean work and were reasonable. Installation probably would've been cheaper off season, but can't complain since they did great work on short notice. They also took care of registering my AC unit for the warranty.
